Key Responsibilities

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy is required, though a PharmD is preferred, along with one year of hospital experience or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience. A Pennsylvania Pharmacist License is mandatory, and Basic Life Support certification is preferred.
