- Bachelors or master’s degree in social work from a State accredited program. If has a bachelor’s degree and is hired after 12/02/2008, must be supervised by a Master of Social Work.
- Current and valid license as a LMSW
- Working knowledge of community resources. Good interpersonal skills. Hepatitis profile.
- Current State Certification
