Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and/or psychiatric evaluations.
- Develop and maintain a treatment plan responsive to patient/family concerns, problems and clinical impressions.
- Use a patient and family centered approach to engage individuals and families in a plan of care that addresses their identified needs.
Requirements
- EDUCATION Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work.
- LICENSURE All candidates must have a license (LCSW) to practice as a clinical social worker.
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
