Join BRISTOL HOSPICE LLC as a Nurse Practitioner – Hospice, No Weekends in United States. Job DetailsJob Location: Bristol Hospice - Eugene, OR - Springfield, OR 97477Position Type: FT SalarySalary Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical care, palliate and manage terminal illness in compliance with the state Nurse Practice Act u.

Manage health conditions and terminal illness by developing an individualized plan of care, prescribing med.

Provide clinical information to the hospice medical director for interpretation of eligibility for hospice r.

coordinate and oversee patient care in consultation with the hospice interdisciplinary team and other healthcar.

Salary: $120K - $160K

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of accredited Nursing and Nurse Practitioner programs, hold current state nursing licensure, and possess a master's degree with a minimum of one year of Nurse Practitioner experience plus one year in hospice or palliative care. A valid driver's license and insured automobile are also mandatory requirements.
