Key Responsibilities

• Provide access to care through service provision (clinical treatment) or contribute towards client experience and operational leadership of the clinic or the local area clinics

• Supervise, develop, and engage team members through structured coaching (PPD)

• Develop and maintain key relationships with the community and physicians

• Contribute to strategic decisions and the growth of the clinic
