Key Responsibilities

Location: Traveling as Needed to Conduct In-Home Visits
Participate in ongoing training & development programming as needed
Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system

Requirements

Complete required onboarding and credentialing needs
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active, unencumbered MA OT license. Other nice-to-haves would be DE, NY, IL, OH, MI, WI
2+ years of clinical experience
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation: $45/hr, $1080/week (guaranteed)
Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
