Key Responsibilities

Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment

Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments

Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams

Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks

Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
