Key Responsibilities
- Patient population includes adult, adolescent, geriatric, and neonatal patients depending on the practice location.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- Must be able to demonstrate medication dosing and identify pharmaceutical needs relative to the disease process and age.
Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor's Level Degree.
- Registered pharmacist in the State of Ohio; board certified; advanced degree (Pharm.
- /MS) and residency; and/or equivalent experience preferred; or score a minimum of 40 points on Pharmacy's Competency Based Advancement worksheet.
