Key Responsibilities

• Performs duties of acting pharmacist, supervises technician staff, and assists in preparing facility for daily operations through scheduling and staffing management.

• Manages and participates in performance reviews for pharmacy staff, and analyzes pharmacy operations to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Performs administrative pharmacy tasks, such as billing, payroll, answering questions and assisting customers to facilitate pharmacy operations and customer satisfaction.

• Manages financial aspect of pharmacy operations and assists in efforts to control costs to support profitable management of the pharmacy.

Requirements

• Strong time management skills preferred.

• Manual dexterity; clear speech, general vision, hearing Ability to manage weight up to 75 lbs Willing to travel to other pharmacies and become licensed in other states based on business needs.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record Flexibility to work various shifts and rotate schedules Ability to work on call, weekends, holidays or be in a rotation to do so.
