Key Responsibilities

• Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment

• Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments

• Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams

• Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.

• Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks

• Valid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)

• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $19 - $23/hr

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
