Key Responsibilities

• will deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care to hospitalized pediatric patients, supporting optimal outcomes through medication management, safety initiatives, and clinical collaboration.

• provide direct clinical and distributive pharmacy services to pediatric patients while collaborating closely.

• Provide pharmaceutical care to pediatric inpatients as part of an interdisciplinary care team Review and ver.

• Provide medication counseling and discharge education for selected patients and families Respond to pediatri.

Work Schedule
