Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, including evaluating communication, cognition, and swallowing. Develop individualized treatment goals and implement rehabilitation programs while maintaining accurate documentation.
Requires an active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license and BLS CPR certification. Candidates must have reliable transportation and basic comfort with technology and EMR systems.
