Requirements

A Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required, along with at least one year of pharmacy experience. Candidates must be eligible for Texas State Board of Pharmacy licensure, obtain the license within 30 days, and possess ACPE-accredited Sterile Compounding (IV) certification and AHA/ARC accredited Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
