About the Role

Join White River Health System Inc as a SCMC Respiratory Therapist-Certified Part-time, 7p-7a in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients for appropriateness of the procedures according to the medical necessity guidelines.

Assure patient has thorough understanding of procedure, instructing patient in a clear and concise manner. (AIDET).

Recognizes signs and symptoms for adverse reactions to medication or administered therapy and take appropriate action.

Therapist is comfortable and competent in discussing with the medical staff all respiratory protocols.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.

Must be a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care. (CRT or RRT)

Licensed by the Arkansas State Medical Board. (LRCP)

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.
