Job DetailsJob Location: Home Health - Franklin, IN 46131Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add an Occupational Therapist for Home Health. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care and Therapy Delivery: Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs, capabilities, and home environment.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Provide patient and caregiver education on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety practices to optimize recovery and function.

Requirements

Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Occupational Therapists or eligibility to sit for the exam.

Current licensure in the state(s) of practice (if applicable).

Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience preferred.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
