Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care and Therapy Delivery: Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs, capabilities, and home environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Provide patient and caregiver education on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety practices to optimize recovery and function.
Requirements
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Occupational Therapists or eligibility to sit for the exam.
- Current licensure in the state(s) of practice (if applicable).
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience preferred.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
