Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults).

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and trauma-informed care approaches.

Requirements

• Licensed or license-acquiring individuals are encouraged to apply (e. g., LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent Indiana licensure in process).
