Key Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for providing expert medical care to patients with a range of potential illnesses, injuries, or disabilities.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, treatment for a specific patient population.

• Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical and mental health history.

Requirements

• REQUIREMENTS Medical Degree from an accredited university required.

• Board Certification in family practice, emergency medicine, or other ABMS recognized specialty.

• Federal and Colorado State licensure (MD or DO & DEA) required.

• BLS Certification required.
