Requirements

Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Current physical therapy license in the State of Illinois, or eligible (in process of applying, to be completed before employment begins Minimum of 2 years clinical physical therapy experience.

Graduation from an approved physical therapy school with Masters or Bachelors entry level degree in P.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care which is age specific/appropriate for the types of patients served.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
