Join HarmonyCares as a Collaborating Physician - CHA (1099) in United States. Key Responsibilities

  • The Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients’ designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group.
  • APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients.
