About the Role

Join Otterbein SeniorLife as a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate care to residents. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents.
• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments.
• Exhibit positive professional image.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• CPR certification.
• At least 6 months direct care experience preferred.

• Starting pay approximately $72,800 annually (based on $35/hr).
• $3.00 shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
