Requirements
- Education: Graduate of School of Pharmacy.
- Advanced degree (Doctor of Pharmacy preferred) with residency training or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience: Experience in ambulatory setting with disease state management preferred.
- Licensure Current applicable state Registered Pharmacist License (RPh) required.

- Salary: $80.78 - $93.71/hr
