Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate provides personal care services and ensures patient safety through regular supervision and clinical documentation. They also facilitate educational-rehabilitative groups and assist patients with activities of daily living to support treatment goals.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience with the relevant population is preferred. Required certifications include CPR and de-escalation training, which can be obtained upon hire.
