• Treat patients who have been evaluated by a Physical Therapist in any of the following settings: Acute Care, Outpatient and any contract site in which provides service.

Requirements

• BLS completed prior to going to the unit/ department and maintained going forward.

• Them employee must participate in team meetings and discharge planning.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.
