Key Responsibilities
- Education and Certification: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California, or proof of license.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Current Basic Life Support (BLS) /First Aid Certification required.
- Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
