Key Responsibilities

The optometrist will provide high-quality eye exams and prescribe vision correction for students in underserved communities as part of a mobile clinical team. Responsibilities include performing full refractions, assessing ocular health, and ensuring all patient diagnoses are accurately documented in internal systems.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid North Carolina Optometry License and possess experience with EHR systems. The role requires the ability to commute throughout Durham, Orange, and Wake counties and the successful completion of a background check and drug test.
