Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs and goals.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide holistic care.

Ensure successful financial outcomes by managing resources effectively and maintaining compliance with billing and reimbursement.
