Join St Bernardine Medical Center as a Occupational Therapist – Per Diem in United States. Where You’ll Work Founded in 1928, Dignity Health - St. Bernardine Medical Center is a 342-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in San Bernardino, California.

Key Responsibilities

As our Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under physician's orders.

Your role involves evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.

Every day you will evaluate home safety, assess functional needs of physically disabled patients, then develop, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment procedures.

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills for in-home care.

Requirements

Required Occupational Therapist: CA AHA Basic Life Support - CPR.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.
