Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Duties Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, legality, and potential drug interactions.

• Dispense and supply medications in line with Trust and legal standards.

• Provide clinical and professional advice to medical, nursing, AHP and pharmacy staff, as well as patients and carers.

• Make evidence-based clinical recommendations, including dose adjustments and complex drug calculations.

Requirements

• strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a wider team.
