Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, legality, and potential drug interactions.

Dispense and supply medications in line with Trust and legal standards.

Provide clinical and professional advice to medical, nursing, AHP and pharmacy staff, as well as patients and carers.

Make evidence-based clinical recommendations, including dose adjustments and complex drug calculations.

Requirements
