Key Responsibilities
- will perform patient outreach to ensure accurate and timely filling of specialty pharmaceuticals You will collaborate with clinic staff to connect patients with MHS specialty pharmacy resources You will process prior authorization (PA) requests from specialty clinics You will determine patient eligibility and enroll patients in copay assistance and medication assistance programs when appropriate Requirements Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other) Why MultiCare Cancer Institute?
