Key Responsibilities

• The Counselor position is responsible for providing initial and ongoing treatment to assigned clients, families, and caregivers seeking mental health services.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in the field of clinical social work, mental health counseling, psychology or related field

• Licensed in the State of Florida as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Counselor is preferred

• Knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and Medicaid documentation requirements

• Effective time management skills
