This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Teaching: Provide leadership in the development and oversight of the Family Medicine Residency program.

Review and enhance residency policies and curriculum to ensure alignment with ACGME competency standards.

Clinical: Conduct outpatient office hours and inpatient rounds, providing supervision to residents and students.

Maintain flexibility for evening, weekend, and on-call coverage as per practice needs.
