Requirements

Candidates must possess a Pennsylvania Licensure in a health or human services field with a master's degree, or be a licensed RN, or a Paramedic/EMT with 6-8 years of experience, with preference given to LSW, LPC, or CSW. A minimum of three years of experience in behavioral, clinical, utilization management, home care, discharge planning, and/or case management is required.
