Key Responsibilities

The Certified Nurse Midwife will assess patient health status, design individualized care plans, and manage health care in collaboration with physicians. They are responsible for providing obstetrical and gynecological care, including labor support, while functioning within regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse and certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board. A minimum of one year of experience as a CNM and Basic Life Support certification are required.
