BAYADA Home Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for Senior Living communities in Matthews, NC, serving adult and geriatric clients in South Mecklenburg and Union counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow patient care plans.
• Conduct home visits and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and report client conditions.
• Document care and doctors' orders accurately.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
