Key Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant will diagnose and treat work-related injuries and perform various types of physical examinations for private companies and governmental agencies. Responsibilities include examining patients, compiling medical data, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and performing therapeutic procedures like wound care and administering immunizations.

Requirements

Candidates must have zero to two years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or occupational medicine, and must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Required skills include proficiency in treating minor trauma and orthopedic injuries, along with knowledge of diagnostic and treatment techniques for human injuries.
