Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and competent physical therapy treatments as ordered by physicians for individual patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise the work of support personnel, including Physical Therapy Assistants.

Requirements

Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent CAPTE-accredited degree. A current Florida Physical Therapist license is mandatory, though a temporary permit may be accepted.
