Counselor (185-Day Calendar)

Key Responsibilities

The counselor will provide assessment, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention services to students while leading wellness workshops and outreach programs. They will also collaborate with campus departments, manage clinical records, and support student development through residence life programming.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology or Counseling and possess one to three years of full-time counseling experience, preferably in higher education. Required competencies include crisis management skills, knowledge of drug/alcohol abuse prevention, and the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
