Staff Nurse II, Behavioral Health

The role is accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care within an acute setting. This involves delivering holistic and individualized care and developing a comprehensive plan of care that considers psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.

Candidates must possess an Associate degree in nursing, current RN licensure for the state of practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A minimum of two years of recent relevant experience is required, along with demonstrated knowledge of nursing theories, medical terminology, and healthcare safety practices.
