Key Responsibilities

• of Licensed Crisis Clinician: Direct patient care: Conducts emergency psychiatric assessments.

• Interprets the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of the patients and gathers collateral information to determine appropriate disposition.

• Conducts advocacy, referral and discharge planning to meet patient/family needs.

• Works with patients’ community behavioral health and medical providers to assure coordination of clinical care.

Requirements

• lingual Spanish language skills preferred Computer proficient Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships within and outside their entity Is cognizant of health
