Join UPMC as a Health Care Manager – SNP, Remote PA, M-F in United States. UPMC Health Plan is hiring a full-time Health Manager to support the Special Needs Plan team. The team is based out of downtown Pittsburgh, but team members may reside anywhere in Pennsylvania.
