Benefits & Compensation

$1,500 Sign On Bonus! $750 paid at 3 months of employment and $750 paid at 6 months of employment

You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full

time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full

time employment., and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! ROP

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, and have a minimum of one year of direct care experience with juveniles, including supervisory experience. Applicants must also be local residents, have reliable transportation, and pass background checks, drug screens, physicals, and TB tests.
