Key Responsibilities

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and crisis intervention for consumers. They also collaborate with the treatment team and maintain comprehensive clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Alabama license as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC). A minimum of two years of PMHNP experience is required for this position.
