Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D. and have at least two years of experience as a pharmacist in an outpatient, mail order, or retail setting. A current and active pharmacist license in the state of practice (e.g., Maine) is mandatory.
