Pediatrician Job | Wyoming Mountain Community | Low Call | Outpatient Focus

You'll have limited inpatient responsibilities with strong neonatal coverage.

The role includes 32 clinic hours per week, spread over four clinic days and one administrative day. Inpatient pediatric call is limited to 7 days per month for patients aged 2 to 17, with an additional $1,500 paid per 24-hour call shift beyond the base call. Neonatal care for ages 0-2 is covered 24/7 by a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.

You will enjoy 28 days of PTO plus 5 CME days annually, along with a $5,000 allowance for CME, dues, and licensing. The practice uses Epic EMR with Abridge AI for efficient note capture.
