About the Role

Join Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in United States. As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will provide direct care to patients in their homes or care facilities. Your role goes beyond offering medical assistance; it involves attentively listening to patients' needs and respecting their wishes.

Requirements

• Six (6) months minimum prior skilled nursing experience.

• An active, unencumbered state Registered Nurse license.

• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.

• Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities.
