About the Role

Join Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in United States. As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will provide direct care to patients in their homes or care facilities. Requirements

Six (6) months minimum prior skilled nursing experience.

An active, unencumbered state Registered Nurse license.

Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.

Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities.
