Position: Clinical Social Work, Part Time Float Department: Care Management Social Work Schedule: Sunday, Weds, Saturday 8am-4:30pm One Holiday per Year required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Assesses patient and family to ascertain those emotional and social problems.
