Requirements

Minimum of 2 years clinical experience or advanced degree required
3 to 5 years of experience preferred
Arizona: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW: AZ)
Arkansas: Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW: AR)
California: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW: CA)
Colorado: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW: CO)

Benefits & Compensation

Nebraska: Certified Master Social Worker AND either a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner OR a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LCSW: NE)

Work Schedule

site at a CommonSpirit facility in Summit County and full time or part time status (PRN ineligible). More details available upon offer.
