Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults through Geriatric House Calls in their communities. Focus on driving rewarding patient outcomes using clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice and a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Current CPR certification and basic computer literacy skills are also required.
