Full-time Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and creating discharge plans for residents under physician supervision. They will also manage revisions to care plans and supervise physical therapy assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and the ability to meet all certification and licensure requirements are mandatory.
