Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective patient care using approved therapy techniques and procedures
- Evaluate patients’ condition, function level, and treatment goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans and update as needed
- Supervise COTAs and HHAs per care plan
Requirements
- Document treatment notes and progress in the patient’s chart daily
- Assist patients and families with home exercise programs and adaptive equipment needs
- Recommend and evaluate adaptive equipment for the home setting
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
