Join HOME CARE PROVIDERS GROUP as a Occupational Therapist – Home Health, Part-Time in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective patient care using approved therapy techniques and procedures

Evaluate patients’ condition, function level, and treatment goals

Develop individualized treatment plans and update as needed

Supervise COTAs and HHAs per care plan

Requirements

Document treatment notes and progress in the patient’s chart daily

Assist patients and families with home exercise programs and adaptive equipment needs

Recommend and evaluate adaptive equipment for the home setting

Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
